Start date/Contract dates: 6-month contract, from April 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024
Schedule: 9 weeks of 18-hour care and 17 weeks of 12-hour overnight care. Flexibility will be key!
Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to a daily rate of $725-845/day for 18-hour care and $450-530+/night for 12-hour overnight care, which equates to a base 6-month contract compensation of $100-120k dependent on candidate experience and the agreed upon schedule and contract length. The family will be hiring their NCS as either a W2 employee if based out of the US or a T4 Canadian employee if based solely out of Canada.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including 7 days of paid time off, 3 paid sick days, a vehicle for professional and personal use, and flights to/from the candidate's home location at the start and end of the contract length.
