An organized and adventurous Naples, FL, family seeks an experienced and compassionate nanny to join them in caring for their children!
- Location: Naples, FL
- Ages of children: 6 and 4 years old. The family is expecting their third child this month.
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 51 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm and Friday from 7am to 4pm. Flexibility to support occasional date nights or weekend coverage will be asked in advance and appreciated.
- Compensation: The family is offering $35-40/hour based on the 51-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $93-106k year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live in. The family will provide a private bedroom and bathroom, on a separate floor from the family bedrooms.
- Other Notes: As the family does not have a nanny vehicle, using a personal vehicle in this role will be key. The family is happy to reimburse mileage, offset insurance, and offer other vehicle-related support as needed.

- This dynamic, organized, FL-based family is looking for a lively and loving nanny to join them in caring for their children! They have two spirited boys, aged 6 and 4, who attend school during the day. The oldest child loves expressing his creativity through drawing, and both enjoy interactive activities such as swimming and playing with Magnatiles. A nanny who can actively interact with them while promoting their physical, mental, and social development and independence is key! Someone who can reinforce the value of responsibility with a firm yet kind approach is immensely appreciated! The family will welcome their baby girl this September, so while the older children are at school, the nanny will primarily focus on caring for the newborn.
- These dual-career parents work outside the home and stay busy in both their personal and professional lives. They love to travel and have planned exciting sunny trips to Italy and a winter trip to Wyoming. Someone flexible and well-experienced in providing excellent and attentive care during travel will easily fit in!

- This position is ideal for someone who is playful, caring, and genuinely enjoys engaging with children. Someone with a natural ability to balance fun with structured activities, setting clear and consistent boundaries to develop the children's confidence while fostering their holistic growth and development is key! A candidate who enjoys lightening the parent’s load and has a see-a-need and fill-a-need approach is essential. The family would love to work with someone well-versed in providing nurturing care for newborns and managing multiple children at once.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, grocery shopping, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with infants through early elementary age children
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
