- Location: The family spends the summers in Minnesota and will be relocating for the school year. They are looking for a nanny to join them wherever the adventure takes them!
- Ages of children: 4 years old and 14 months old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm or similar. Schedules may differ during the family’s busy season, and they look forward to working with a nanny who can support them for evenings, weekends, and travel. The family appreciates flexibility and is happy to offer it in return!
- Compensation: The family is offering $40-45/hour based on the 40-45 hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $83-111k/year dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family will provide private, off-site accommodations while in Minnesota and is happy to offer housing assistance for the candidate wherever they land in the school year!

- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks, including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing children’s areas, occasional errands, before- and after-school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year. Someone who is willing to occasionally pitch in around the house as needed and run errands will be key!
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has experience traveling with families!
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Dog friendly!
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
