A friendly, energetic family based in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking a collaborative, intuitive, and pitch-in nanny to join their caregiving team for their 7-year-old twins and 3-year-old twins!
Based just outside of Phoenix, AZ, with two sets of twins this family has a bustling, fun-filled, and loving home. They’ve put together a collaborative environment in their home where everyone is supportive and works together as a tight-knit team, which currently includes a live-out nanny, au pair, and housekeeper. Their children are all bilingual in English and Spanish and attend a Spanish immersion school. They are curious kids who love to learn with all unique personalities and interests! The family is excited to welcome a live-in nanny who can round out their incredible childcare team and lend a helping hand around this large, loving home. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in an it-takes-a-village working environment! A nanny with a no-task-too-small mentality will be a valued asset to this home and team, whose instinct is to see a need, fill a need. The family always wants to ensure that their caregivers are supported and their work is sustainable and appreciated. The childcare team typically tag-teams the day with each set of twins, working with one pair at a time, though flexibility to provide any support that is needed will be appreciated. Jumping in to take their 7-year-olds to and from activities and make sure they’re supported when it comes to homework will be important. After their 3-year-olds’ half days at school, heading to the park or coming up with a backyard adventure or taking a swim in the pool can be expected! A nanny who can confidently jump in with household support such as tidying, organizational projects, prepping healthy breakfasts and lunches, and more will be appreciated! Though not required, a candidate with Spanish knowledge (or an excitement to learn!) who can facilitate their children’s use of both English and Spanish will be a big plus.
