Household dynamic:

  • These adventurous, family-oriented first-time parents are seeking two organized and responsible nanny/family assistants to join them in caring for their twin babies! They are working with a newborn care specialist and are ready to transition into long-term nanny care this winter. The candidate will be responsible for caring for and creating a loving and safe environment for their 7-week-old twins, fostering their growth and development while supporting and empowering the family on their new parenting journey. This hybrid role will shift between caring for the infants and keeping the household running smoothly. Candidates can anticipate caring for the children solo and tag-teaming with mom to care for the children, and family assisting duties will happen during nap time and when the mom is with both babies. The family also has a hypoallergenic dog, so someone pet-friendly and comfortable with light pet care is essential!
  • Dad works from home in a dedicated office but often travels for work, while Mom is an artist who stays home. Their extended family also lives nearby and can provide additional support. The family enjoys traveling and takes annual trips to Mexico and Florida in the winter and spends the summer months in the Hamptons from Labor Day to Memorial Day. They are looking forward to meeting an adaptable, travel-ready candidate to join them in their family adventures! The family employs a house cleaner that comes twice per week.

Someone with a see-a-need, fill-a-need approach, proactive in supporting both family and the household will be a wonderful addition. The family values commitment and is excited to meet folks seeking their next long-term role. Experience and confidence in caring for twins will be highly appreciated!
