A kind family of four based in Sagle, ID is seeking a reliable, enriching nanny to join them in caring for their 4 and 2-year-old boys!

• Location: Sagle, ID
• Ages of children: 4 and 2 years old
• Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Compensation: The family is offering $30-35/hour based on the 45-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $74-86k/year range dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, transportation reimbursement, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
• Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family is happy to help make connections in the community to identify nearby, off-site housing.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to commute to/from work
• Comfortability in preparing basic meals
• Dog friendly!
• Abie to swim and comfortable caring for children in/around water
• Experience working in a team or fully-staffed environment
• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones
