The candidate can expect to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm with flexibility for evenings and weekends during on weeks. The candidate will collaborate with a co-nanny to plan for extended rotation to offer coverage when the family travels (which they do frequently and for extended periods of time!).

Daily environment:
- Based in beautiful Colorado, these new parents, their two hypoallergenic dogs, and sweet 9-month-old twin girls enjoy all of the wonderful outdoor opportunities that Aspen has to offer! The parents are both regularly at home and are fun-loving and passionate about giving their children lots of experiences and opportunities for learning and creativity.
- This family values cultivating a conscious household through positive energy and clear communication, and have formed great relationships with their current housekeeper and newborn care specialist. A candidate who is excited to embrace these values and brings a can-do attitude and step-in, step-out intuition will thrive in this role for years to come!
Ideal candidate:
- This position is ideal for a candidate who is outdoor-loving, warm, creative, calm, and communicative. A candidate who is excited to plan and execute all child-related day-to-day activities at home and while traveling with a bend towards educational play will thrive in this role.
- A candidate who loves to ski, enjoys a wide range of sports and activities, and who is excited to join the family in outdoor adventuring is going to be an exceptional fit.
- A candidate who has past experience supporting twins, traveling as a nanny, and is a collaborative, enthusiastic, intuitive team member will work well in this dynamic environment for years to come! A willingness to manage child-related tidying, children’s meal prep, and pitch-in where needed with household management activities will be appreciated.
- Knowledge of French and an ability to create an immersive experience or an excitement to learn along with the family would be a big bonus for this family! A musical or dance background would also be valued.

- At least 3 years of professional, full-time childcare experience, specifically with the infant through toddler stages
- Valid passport and driver’s license
