A sweet, professional soon-to-be family of three in Marin County, CA is seeking a newborn-savvy nanny to join them in caring for their baby, due in April!

• Location: Tiburon, CA
• Ages of children: Newborn due April 2022!
• Start date/Contract dates: April 2022
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 50+ hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 8am to 6:30pm. A candidate who can offer flexibility for date nights, weekend coverage, and travel with advanced notice will be greatly appreciated in this position!
• Compensation: The family is offering $35-40+/hour based on the 50+ hour/week schedule, equating to annualized earnings of $100-125+k/year, depending on experience
• Benefits: The family is excited to offer a healthcare stipend, PTO, a monthly housing stipend, and relocation assistance
• Live-in/Live-out: Live-out

• These kind and professional first-time parents are so excited to be welcoming their first child this spring! They are hoping to find a nanny to join their NCS in caring for their newborn baby. This household has a fun-loving, warm vibe and they are hopeful to find a daytime nanny that can be a part of their family for years to come.
• Both parents work hybrid schedules and have active, on-the-go lifestyles. A candidate who can support the family as a whole and bring their collaboration and experience to each day will be a great fit for these parents as they welcome their baby!

Ideal candidate:

• This position is ideal for a candidate who is excited to holistically support dual-career,first-time parents in caring for their newborn! A candidate who balances playfulness and warmth with a proactive, pitch-in attitude will be a wonderful addition to the family team.
• A candidate who is well-versed in caring for newborns and infants, and excited to collaborate with both parents and the NCS on feeding and sleeping routines will be key. A willingness to jump in and provide support for the parents with child-related tasks while the baby is sleeping (such as prepping and cleaning bottles, laundry, tidying the nursery, etc.) will be appreciated, along with some light family meal preparation if the candidate is open to it!

Must-haves:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Willing to travel with the family as needed
• Knowledge of every aspect of newborn care, including professional and working knowledge of feeding, bathing, and dressing infants, and preparing, cleaning, and sanitizing bottles
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and excited to partner with both parents and their NCS
• Cat friendly!
• Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws and willing to test regularly (any testing costs will be covered by the family)
