Household dynamic:
- This family of three (six if you include their three beloved dogs) sees life as one big adventure! They welcomed their baby boy last April, and are enjoying family life. The family travels for about half of the year and loves to partake in a wide variety of activities, from rock climbing to scuba diving to running half marathons. They are currently on their first international travel with their little one, and are excited to introduce him to more people, places, and food in the coming year!
- The family has over 30 weeks of travel planned over the next year and will be visiting places like India, Australia, Malaysia, The Bahamas, New Zealand, The Gambia, Colombia, UK, Laos, California, and Texas. Dad will be working on most of their travels, while mom will be a partner to the nanny each day. This family describes themselves as fun-loving and they don’t tend to sweat the small stuff! A candidate who is excited to bring their go-with-the-flow and adventurous spirit will fit right in with this tight-knit family and staff.
Ideal candidate:
- This position is ideal for someone who is excited to be a partner to first-time parents in lovingly raising their son! A candidate who is adaptable to a changing environment and is flexible to travel extensively with the family will be key while providing a stable and loving presence and environment for their child to grow and thrive. The family values using a gentle parenting style with their child, and are excited to work alongside a candidate who shares this approach. Someone with a laidback, flexible disposition who can roll with the punches will fit tight in with this crew!

Of course, a candidate with a team mentality who is willing to pitch-in with occasional errands like grocery shopping will be appreciated! While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has experience traveling with children and families!
