Household dynamic:

  • These spontaneous and kind-hearted parents love to make memories with their children! They are excited to work with a nanny who is looking for their next long-term role and who will become an important part of their family. Their four-year-old son loves to bake, swim, read, and be active and engaged! He loves to feel truly connected to his people, which means there is no shortage of sweet hugs and cuddles when he is around. Their two-year-old daughter enjoys crafts, books, pretend play, and keeping up with her big brother! Their son currently attends a daily online learning program at the kindergarten level which is facilitated by a parent. Along with their two kids, this family also has a very sweet mini poodle who is a loving part of their family!
  • These dual-career parents both work from home and really enjoy quality family time. They are very hands-on with their kids and they look forward to working with a professional nanny who will be excited to collaborate and provide support on a daily basis. Both parents are in and out of the house regularly. For the first few months after their new baby is born, they will be working with a Newborn Care Specialist. There will be many opportunities for support and collaboration as they transition into being a family of five. As a travel-loving family, they have homes in Florida and Hawaii, and often make stops in Seattle and Los Angeles in addition to traveling abroad to destinations in Europe and Asia. They are eager to work with a nanny who has experience traveling with families and who will be excited to join them in many different destinations.

The candidate can expect to care for the family’s 2-year-old and new baby (after the NCS’ contract ends) as well as their 4-year-old outside of school hours. Experience traveling with families and children and an eagerness for continued travel and adventure are important!
  • Responsibilities include providing a warm and safe environment for the children to grow and thrive. The family would love to work with a candidate who is able to help organize activities and plan creative art projects/science experiments to encourage curiosity and learning. Childcare duties include but are not limited to supporting developmental milestones, planning engaging activities, cleaning and sterilizing bottles, feeding, bathing, morning, nap, and afternoon routines.
