- Location: Middleton, Florida
- Ages of children: 5, 6, 8, and 11 years old

- Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 1 week on/1 week off with 24-hour on-call availability expected during work weeks. The family will communicate about specific weekly hours in advance. Flexibility for evenings, travel, and occasional overnight shifts during the rotation will be key for the right candidate!
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $110-125k/year dependent on candidate experience. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.

The family is eager to partner with a nanny team who can smoothly integrate into their vibrant home, actively engaging with their children while fostering their interests, and promoting their independence, confidence, and development will be a great fit! They also have a dog, so someone who is pet-friendly and comfortable supporting light pet care is important!

They enjoy spending quality time together and traveling, mostly domestically to scenic locations including ski resorts, beaches, and lakes. They also have a family beach home where they would sometimes take a spontaneous long weekend. The family will appreciate an on-the-go, adaptable candidate who can be a supportive presence and provide confident, attentive childcare support while traveling. Someone who can work well with the family and other household staff, including a housekeeper will fit in.

- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement, the family would love to work with a candidate with Montessori knowledge and/or someone with family-assisting experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with early elementary through grade school-age children
- Experience working with multiple children in a role
- Comfortable preparing meals for the children
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Pet-friendly and willing to support light pet care
