This loving first-time parent is seeking a rotational nanny/family assistant team to join their family!
- Location: Denver, CO (Downtown)
- Ages of children: 1.5 years old at the start of the position!
- Start date/Contract dates: End of August or as soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Typical working hours will fall between the hours of 7am and 7pm, and candidates can anticipate providing 24/7 on-call availability while on duty. The family will communicate about specific weekly hours in advance. Flexibility for travel, extended evening coverage, and occasional overnight shifts during the rotation will be key for the right candidate!
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $110-125k+/year, dependent on candidate experience. The family may be open to candidates seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Flexible to live-in or live-out while on rotation, live-out during off weeks. A bedroom within the family’s home will be provided if live-in on rotation.
- Other Notes: The family is open to fly-in/fly-out candidates but will strongly prioritize nannies who are already local to/willing to relocate to the Denver area!

- An adventurous, organized single-parent household is seeking a rotational nanny to join them in caring for their child! This loving, first-time dad and single parent by choice looks forward to building a long-term rotational team that can be supportive and enriching caregivers for his 1.5-year-old, who his dad describes as a happy and easygoing kid.
- The family has worked with a wonderful team of nannies and newborn care professionals for the first year+, and looks forward to building their long-term career nanny team! They travel occasionally throughout the year and will appreciate nanny support on business and personal travel. Dad mostly works outside of the home, so someone autonomous and self–directed will be a great fit.
Ideal candidate:
- This position is ideal for a career nanny who is organized, educationally-minded, and self-starting! The family looks forward to working with someone who can step into the role quickly and professionally and who has longevity in previous roles. Someone incredibly well-versed in providing a stimulating environment for the early toddler years will be valued. Ensuring milestones are being tracked, nurturing the child’s development, and promoting socialization through activities like swimming, gymnastic classes, library and other story times, music classes, and attending outings with the child and family friends will be important.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, coordinating activities, fully family meal preparation, and traveling with the family throughout the year. Someone who can provide holistic support for the family will be appreciated!
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has a bachelor’s degree or is local to Denver.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional childcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in a child or education-related field preferred
- Experience traveling with families and children
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
