Dynamic, warm parents are seeking a calm RIE nanny to join them in caring for their almost 2-year-old!
- Location: Santa Barbara, CA and Jackson Hole, WY. The family travels regularly!
- Ages of children: Almost 2 years old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. Flexibility for occasional date nights and overnights will be appreciated!
- Compensation: The family is offering $50+/hour based on the 40-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $104k+/year. The family anticipates additional hours for overnights, travel, and date nights, and project annualized compensation will be in the $125k-150k range with additional hours and overtime pay.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing housing, paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: All housing accommodations provided. Private accommodations will be provided while traveling whenever possible.

- This is a child-focused role. Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to feeding, playing, managing day-to-day care, and keeping the child’s daily environment tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of professional childcare experience
- Passionate and experienced with the RIE philosophy
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for toddlers
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Up to date on all vaccinations for the duration of employment (e.g. COVID, Tdap, MMR, TB, Flu) and comfortable with regular COVID testing
- Dog friendly!
