This loving, on-the-go family of five is seeking a collaborative ROTA nanny team to join them in caring for their children for a 9-month contract, with the option to extend for the right fit!
- Location: Edina, Minnesota and Fort Myers, Florida
- Ages of children: 3-year-old and 1-year-old twins
- Contract dates: 9-month contract from February 3 - November 1, 2025, with the option to extend long-term if all parties desire!
- Schedule: Full-time, rotational role of 1 week on/1 week off, with the general working hours being 12 hours per day. Flexibility to provide overnight coverage will be essential.
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to a gross contract compensation of $75k.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional and occasional personal use, and a fly-in/out opportunity for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live-in while on rotation. A private bedroom and bathroom within the home will be provided in all locations.
- Other Notes: The family is open to meeting candidates who would like to fly-in/fly-out for their rotation.

They have three beautiful children who are the center of their lives. Their active 3-year-old daughter loves playing outside, watching her favorite movies, and playing with her brothers. The family’s twins are inseparable, one being outgoing and the other being more sensitive. Their kids bring joy and liveliness to their home! Another addition to their family is a sweet and gentle dog. A candidate who is comfortable around dogs is important. The family is excited to find someone who can seamlessly fit into their home as a supportive and attentive presence, who can help nurture their children’s growth and development while providing loving boundaries.
- One parent is regularly in and out of the home, while the other stays home. Despite their dynamic and fast-paced lifestyle, both parents do everything they can to provide their children with the love and attention they need. They love going on walks, runs, playground visits, watching soccer and baseball, and eating good food. They are big music lovers and enjoy attending concerts together. The family has multiple residences in Rhode Island, Minnesota, and Florida. They will be in Florida from February to April and in Minnesota from April to November. The family is seeking an adaptable, on-the-go candidate who is experienced in providing exceptional care for children and supporting families while traveling. They have a loving extended family, and the grandparents visit often to lend a hand. A team-oriented nanny who is comfortable working alongside a hands-on mom and other household staff, including a weekly housekeeper, will be a great fit!

- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement, the family would love to work with a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in child development, education, or any related field and/or someone with unique life experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for toddlers and preschoolers
- Experience traveling with families and children
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Comfortability in preparing basic meals
- Comfortable working closely and collaborating with Mom
- Valid driver’s license
