A dynamic, outdoorsy Denver, CO family is seeking a caring, educationally-minded nanny to join their team!
- Location: Washington Park, Denver, CO
- Ages of children: 2 years old and 5 months old
- Start date: As soon as we find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45-47 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5:30pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm. The family is happy to offer additional overtime opportunities during travel and occasionally on weekends if a candidate is interested.
- Compensation: The family is offering $35-40/hour based on the 45-47 hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $86-105k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation and housing assistance for the right candidate.

- Other Notes: As the family does not have a nanny vehicle, using a personal vehicle in this role will be key. The family is happy to reimburse mileage, offset insurance, and offer other vehicle-related support as needed.

- This adventurous family of four is seeking a nurturing and educationally-minded nanny to join them in caring for their children! The family has a creative and on-the-go two-year-old who attends Montessori school during the day and loves everything related to cars, trucks, and construction. At 5 months old, their young daughter loves being read to and enjoys taking in the world around her. The nanny will primarily care for the baby during the day while the oldest is at school. A candidate who can engage with infants and toddlers and thoughtfully plan activities that promote enriching and developmental experiences for both children will be a great fit! The family also has a sweet golden retriever and a cat, so someone comfortable with pets is important.
- Dad works from home, and Mom follows a hybrid schedule, working from the office a few days a week. They enjoy spending weekends hiking, skiing, walking to the park, and exploring the neighborhood. The family also loves spending time together and traveling to sunny destinations such as Spain and Portugal, or going up to the mountains to ski in the winter. Someone adaptable and well-versed in supporting the families while traveling is essential! The family seeks to foster a collaborative energy in their home, so a candidate who can work harmoniously with other household staff, including the family’s chef, and cleaners is key!

- This position is ideal for someone gentle, curious, self-directed, and engaged who takes a child-led approach to care. The family would love to work with someone who embraces a Montessori-style approach in providing nurturing care for their children, encouraging their independence, and instilling grace and courtesy. A candidate who can foster positive guidance, and communicates effectively in a developmentally appropriate manner is essential! The family will appreciate someone who can confidently care for an infant and toddler in the same role.
- This is a child-focused role. Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to children’s bottles and meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, light pet care, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for infants and toddlers
- Experience working in a role with an infant and toddler
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Travel experience
- Pet friendly! Comfortable providing light pet care
- Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
