Household dynamic:
- This creative, family-oriented crew is seeking a nanny to join them and become an integral part of their children's lives. They value education and family time and speak several languages in their home. Someone who aligns with their values and can help them to raise their children will be a wonderful fit. Their two-year-old loves to play and explore outside, no matter the weather. In the warmer months, they enjoy swimming, riding bikes, and other outdoor activities. Some of the child's other favorite activities include painting, crafts, playing catch and shooting hoops, tumbling class, music class, helping the chef cook, and learning to swim. Their 10-month-old is sweet as can be!
- The family is looking forward to finding someone who can join their professional yet warm team dynamic. Other staff members in the household include a family assistant, chef, and rotational co-nanny. Typically, travel happens for 8-12 weeks each year, and they split time between Napa and Sacramento. These involved parents are both in and out of the home with some regularity, so a candidate who can confidently work alongside others and a stay-at-home parent will be key.
