A loving, worldly family in Miami is seeking an experienced nanny to join them in caring for their children!
- Location: Miami, Florida
- Ages of children: 20 months old and 5 months old
- Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or similar. Flexibility for one date night per week, travel, and occasional overnights will be key. The family looks forward to designing a weekly schedule that works well for all parties!
- Compensation: The family is offering $35-50/hour based on the 45+ hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $86-123k+/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.

- These laid-back, involved parents are excited to find a nanny who can support them in caring for their two children! At ages 1.5 years old and 5 months old, they describe their boys as being sweet and active. Their eldest loves reading, playing indoors with his toys, and adventuring around playgrounds and museums. At 5 months, their youngest is still developing but is ready to be on the move alongside his brother!
- Both parents work from home and have fairly flexible schedules. Their ideal candidate is someone who is open to interacting and collaborating with parents who are excited to jump in and spend time with their kids whenever they are able. A candidate who can communicate clearly and openly will thrive alongside them! This international family loves spending summers in Europe, and they look forward to spending 1-2 months out of the year traveling with their nanny in tow.

- This position is ideal for someone who is professional, infant and toddler-savvy, communication-forward, and proactive about planning activities based on the children’s developmental milestones. Candidates who are excited to give feedback and recommendations on best practices, toys, activities, and more will be a great addition to the team! Candidates who are internationally minded and travel-ready will be a wonderful fit for this family.
- This is a child-focused role. Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, working in tandem with parents, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has an Early Childhood Education or Psychology background, experience traveling with families, or speaks German or Mandarin.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Experience caring for an infant and toddler/preschooler in the same role, and experience with the developmental milestones associated with these ages
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
- Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
