An outgoing family based near Denver, CO is seeking an adventurous, organized, and imaginative nanny to care for their two children!
- Location: Denver, CO metro area
- Ages of children: Two children under 3 years old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 41-45 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Mondays through Thursdays from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday from 8:30am to 1:30pm. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel will be asked in advance and appreciated! Candidate may be asked to house and dog-sit should the family travel without the nanny.
- Compensation: The family is offering $35-40/hour based on the 41-45 hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $75-99k/year range dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family is happy to provide additional hours (up to 50 hours per week) if a candidate is excited to work more.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including a healthcare stipend and concierge medicine, relocation assistance, a travel stipend, PTO, and a vehicle for use while on duty based on candidate need and the full benefits package.

- Based in the south suburbs of Denver, this laid-back and sociable family loves to spend time with extended family and strives to create a warm, inclusive environment in their home. Their eldest toddler is very active and loves to laugh. He loves staying busy with lots of different activities, from swimming to gymnastics! Their sweet youngest is an easy-going baby and is just beginning to take his first steps.
- The family is outdoorsy, travel-ready, and always ready for an adventure, from skiing in the mountains of CO to basking in the California sun, or embarking on a boat trip in Florida! These parents hope to work with a nanny who can work collaboratively alongside them as they balance family time with their full-time careers. Someone who is comfortable both providing guidance and letting the parents take the lead will be a perfect addition to the team!
Ideal candidate:
- This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in an inclusive work environment where they are an extension of the family and who is passionate about coming up with fun, creative ideas for developmentally-minded activities! Familiarity with the early toddler and preschool stages is key, along with a proactive, organized, and growth-minded approach to daily routines. Collaboration is very important with these loving, hands-on parents, and a candidate who can seamlessly provide full-charge care, as well as partner with mom and dad, will be key.
- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child(ren) to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, and errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year. A candidate with an all-hands-on-deck spirit who can be an extra set of hands around the home, and has aspirations to evolve their role into household management/family assisting as the family grows and their needs change, will be valued in this home for years to come!
- While not a requirement for this role, Prior travel experience, an ECE or Montessori background, or a Bachelor’s degree are all big pluses for the family.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional, full-time childcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Comfortable driving in snow
- Recent, applicable experience with the toddler through preschool years
- Excitement and flexibility to travel with the family frequently throughout the year
- Confident swimmer and comfortable caring for children in/around water
- Animal friendly!
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the start date in accordance with applicable laws
