This dynamic South Denver family is seeking a fun and responsible ROTA nanny to support their two energetic toddlers.
- Location: Columbine Valley, Littleton, CO
- Ages of children: 2 and 4 years old
- Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
- Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 48 hours on, 48 hours off, 5 days on/ 5 days off (2255 parenting agreement). Candidates will work every Monday and Tuesday (7 am-6 pm) and help manage the transition on Wednesday mornings (7 am-11 am). Candidates will be on-call every other weekend (Friday to Sunday) and can anticipate working a maximum of 12 hours per weekend day if required.
- Compensation: The family is offering an hourly rate equating to an annualized base compensation of $115-130k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, dental insurance, vision insurance, matching 401K contributions, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family may be open to providing separate live-in accommodations for the right candidate (a pool house). A landing pad will be provided if a candidate is relocating.

- An on-the-go, South Denver-based family is seeking a fun and responsible nanny to support their growing active children! The nanny will help with the family’s 2255 parenting schedule and will primarily be responsible for caring for their two active boys, ages 2 and 4 years old. The oldest currently attends a 2.5-day-a-week program, which will transition to three days a week starting this fall. Both children are passionate about everything related to trucks, dinosaurs, construction, and superheroes! The family also enjoys snowboarding and spends a lot of time in the water. They are eager to partner with a candidate who can actively engage with the children while creating a loving, supportive, and safe environment. They also have a sweet dog, so someone who is pet-friendly is a must.
- Dad has a busy work schedule and is regularly in and out during the day. They enjoy traveling together as a family, often visiting their home in Utah, Park City, and Mexico, as well as other trips to exciting destinations such as Hawaii and New York. Someone who is travel-ready and confident in providing attentive and excellent childcare while traveling will be a perfect fit! A collaborative candidate who can work well with co-parents and other household staff, including a house manager, another full-time nanny who works with mom, and a housekeeper, will be wonderful.

- Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
- While it is not a requirement, the family would love to work with a candidate who speaks Spanish.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for toddler and preschool-age children
- Travel experience
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport
- Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
- Knowledgeable and confident in supporting children with ADD/ADHD
- Pet friendly!
