Adventure Nannies is thrilled to be expanding our local nanny and private educator searches to Colorado!
While Adventure Nannies was formed in Colorado in 2012, the families we worked with in our early years tended to fall either in New York or in the Bay Area. Over the last few years as we’ve expanded the types of searches we offer to private educators and newborn care specialists, we’ve found ourselves speaking with families across the country who are excited to work with us and find someone amazing to move to their family’s destination!
Our Colorado roots have remained strong throughout our growth – our founder Brandy and her family are proud Denver residents, and Brandy has been involved in the Colorado community in addition to her commitments at Adventure Nannies through fundraising for The Wyatt Academy and joining the Colorado Public Radio’s advisory board. In 2018, Shenandoah (a Colorado native and graduate of Fairview High School in Boulder and University of Northern Colorado in Greeley) began traveling to Denver monthly as she and Brandy participated in Entrepreneur Organization’s Accelerator program through the Colorado chapter.

Colorado families have always been uniquely aligned with the mission and values of Adventure Nannies – diverse, well-rounded, travel-ready candidates being matched with down-to-earth, innovative families. We’ve absolutely loved the families and candidates we’ve met who are based in Colorado and can’t wait to meet so many more of you!
We are now offering local searches for long-term nannies and private educators to families in Denver, Boulder, and the surrounding areas. A portion of every local search fee will be donated to RISE Colorado, whose mission is to educate, engage, and empower low-income families and families of color to RISE as change agents for educational equity in our public school system. We will also be offering local newborn care specialist searches in collaboration with our good friends at Maternal Instincts.
