Ages of children: 4 and 2 years old, and a 2-month-old baby
Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 45 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm.
Compensation: The family is offering $45-50/hour based on the 45-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $111-124k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a housing stipend, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family is open to providing a temporary landing pad for the perfect fit.

This consistent and warm family is seeking a collaborative nanny to join them in caring for their children! The family has three sweet children, ages 4 years old to 2 months old. The two older siblings attend preschool part-time two days a week. During that time, the nanny will primarily focus on caring for the baby and pivot to the older siblings once they’re home. The family looks forward to someone who can join them in creating a loving, and positive environment for the children. A candidate who can cultivate a creative, exciting atmosphere while setting clear boundaries and consistent routines for the children will be a great fit!
These dual-career parents work outside the home and enjoy spending quality time with family. They love spending a few weeks on fun trips throughout the year. The grandparents also live with the family on a separate floor, and are around every day! Someone confident and proactive who can seamlessly integrate into the family will be wonderful. The family also employs a full-time housekeeper who also helps with the children, so a candidate who works well with others is key.

This position is ideal for someone who is naturally warm, team-minded, and brings positive energy to their work! Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
While not a requirement, the family would love to work with a candidate who knows how to swim!
